A.T. Builders is a large-scale construction company, working on diverse contracts all over the Philippines. Founded as a family business in 1990 by our late father, Mr. Ralphy K. Latorre, we gained experience and reputable work histories in the province of Batangas. From 2016 to date, our company is managed and maintained by his eldest son, Mr. Rhaffy I. Latorre, with an even broader engagement among major contractors and companies in Luzon. Our success comes from a faithful commitment to the client's vision and expectation.
